VPO Webinar - Taking vessel performance management to a new level [Concluded]
To many companies vessel performance management does not go much further than monitoring - collecting data and looking at it.
In this webinar, we show how shipping companies can go much further, to gather data they can use to get in-depth insight into what is going on and make decisions, covering both technical and commercial issues. The presentations draws from experiences providing performance management services to all vessel types and all sectors.
Carsten Manniche, General Manager and Head of Marine Projects at Ultraship will explain what problem he aimed to solve and how he structured the project answering the questions of interest for the audience.
